Description of the Villa Alizés
A magnificent new, contemporary and refined building, Villa Alizés, completely privatized, offers an amazing view of the Marine Park. The house can be used for 6 people, with three beautiful bedrooms, showers and independent toilets. For your travels, a 4x4 vehicle is included in the rental price.
Equipped with refinement and meticulousness, the main level is composed of a bright entrance with independent toilets, a beautiful lounge/kitchen area with huge bay windows opening onto a large terrace with an incomparable sea view, and of the pool with jacuzzi. This beautiful space is equipped with an air conditioner, fans, a Samsung Frame 65" very high definition television with home cinema and 5G wifi. The terrace and pool are also accessible from the master bedroom, with its shower and toilets.
At the secondary level you will have access to two beautiful rooms with balcony and sea view, equipped with their private shower and toilets. At this level is also the private accommodation of our staff as well as an access to the technical rooms.
All rooms are equipped with a large dressing room with safe, air conditioning, fan, and wifi. The two bedrooms at the secondary level have each their own television set.
The services included in the rental
* transfer from the airport or ferry to the villa and back,
* 4x4 vehicle at your disposal during your stay, fuel at your charge (deposit required on arrival and international driving licence)
* on arrival : Welcome drink, refreshing towels and fruit basket,
* European breakfasts dealy prepared by our staff,
* tap water, electricity (not including electricity for air conditioning),
* daily maintenance of rooms, shower and common areas,
* preparation of sunbathing and regular cleaning of the pool,
* change of bed linen and towels every 4 days.
Villa Alizés is equipped with photovoltaic cells allowing it to be autonomous for its electricity consumption, except for the energy necessary for the use of air conditioning. Individual meters have been installed on each air conditioner and only this consumption will be charged at the rate of 7.5 baht per Kw, at the end of the stay.
For families with young children, specific equipment such as a cot, high chair and stroller are at your disposal on request. A laundry/ironing service is also available, in addition.
The villa's internal regulations must be signed upon your arrival, in addition our Staff will make a copy of your passports, immigration cards and international driving licenses in order to comply with Thai legislation.
A deposit or guarantee is to be provided upon arrival for the provision of the vehicle.
The villa is non-smoking, does not accept animals, only the cat of our staff, living in their accommodation, is allowed. Finally, the Villa Alizés does not allow any celebration or evening.
The villa is fully compliant with the safety standards in force in Thailand.
Our couple of staff, present at the villa, will be able, in addition, to prepare you tasty Thai specialities, we recommend them to you because they are excellent cooks !
